Quail Drive Residences

Electrical Rough-Ins

The Residences on Quail Drive that we at Holliday Group are currently building are in their Rough-In Electrical stages where we are working closely with United Electric.

By this point, we have walked through the homes with our clients, allowing them to change the layout as well as the locations of any outlets, vents, or anything else that will be inside the walls.

Once our teams have put the drywall up, you are able to change some of these locations, but it will no longer be as easy as before, and will end up costing you some extra money.

We work closely with our electricians, ensuring that everything is up to the highest standard and that we are doing everything we can in order to save our home owner’s money. Craig, and all of us here at Holliday Group do what we can to stand up for our clients, while making sure that voltage, locations, and everything else is perfectly set.

In some of our images you may see assorted markings on the floors or on the walls, indicating where certain switches or outlets are meant to go. This ensures that the homeowners locations will stay set as the building process progresses and rough-ins begin to be filled in.

In the image below we are able to see some of the electrical wiring that is being installed in the kitchen. At this point in the construction process, you have mapped out the locations of major appliances, allowing for the correct voltage to run to each machine.

Call or DM us today to start creating your own dream home. We at Holliday Group work closely with our owners and each of our sub-contractors in order for each home to be completed exactly to your specifics.
